Today I had the chance to chat with a former Working Well Massage therapist, Anne-marie Provost, about her new skin care products, Safer Beauty. Anne-marie once worked as a massage therapist in the WWM Gold Coast location and she gave relaxing massages to our corporate clients as well.

She left WWM to move back to her friend and family in Florida years ago. Now she lives in Florida and sells her products online, as she raises her 3 beautiful children and her 15-year-old stepdaughter, Alana.

According to Anne-marie, she started thinking about ingredients in skin care when she was first doing massage therapy. Having massage lotion on her skin so much, she thought , “I wonder if this is bad for me?” Since we absorb so much of what goes on our skin, she was concerned. Then she had her first child and her awareness grew more intense…and she started making her own skincare products!
After having her first biological child, Lulu, Anne-marie created and sold her products through Lulu’s Conscious Skincare, named after her daughter.
Now after 6 years in business with Lulu’s Conscious Skincare, and, after having 2 more children, Anne-marie does not have time to make her own products. So this last year, she began working with Beauty Counter, which allows her to sell products she believes in, without making them at home from scratch herself!

When she is not raising her beautiful children and selling skin care products, Anne-marie is also a Distributor of organic CBD products at Golden Light Botanicals. According to Anne-marie, the CBD products she distributes include tinctures, topical, capsules, caramel and also fine chocolates (all organic). She feels confident in recommending the products because she believes in them. Despite her busy life, Anne-marie continues to stay up to date with the latest research on CBD’s and pain and stress relief.
From massage therapist to skin care entrepreneur, Anne-marie has been helping people feel better and look better, without harsh chemicals or preservatives, for many years! And, we hope, she continues to offer healthy, useful products for our skin and bodies, for many years to come!
