Working Well Resources blog is a source for wellness information, wellness videos, fun facts about health, ergonomics, fitness, nutrition, stress management, yoga, and psychology.
I started this blog as an easy way to share wellness tips with our Chicago-based, Working Well Massage clients. For this reason, some of my posts may be more Chicago-oriented. I define “working well” as “functioning at your best capacity,” whatever that means to you personally. My main goal is to write about wellness-related topics that interest me or have come up in talking to clients and other people.
Over time I’ve broadened my education and became a psychotherapist, in addition to being a licensed massage therapist and Wellness Coach. While I am happy with my new roles, I am not able to blog here as often as I did in years past.
Disclaimer: Although I strive to provide references and links to evidence-based research on topics I blog about, I am not a doctor, nor should the information I provide be construed as a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your physician, or other licensed health care providers, for specific information about your medical condition, illnesses, injuries or ailments.
Product Affiliation: The products and services I blog about are things I think are of interest to my readers, or are products I personally have tried and liked. I do not receive any financial benefit nor am I affiliated with any product or service we write about in our blog, other than Working Well Massage, of course, since it’s our blog. We do allow advertisers to place ads on our sites, but theres are unrelated to topics we blog about.
If I have any relationship to any product, service or person I recommend, I will let you know openly in my post.
I welcome your questions and comments.
Thanks for reading!
